Our small group training sessions are limited to 6 women per session, ensuring that you'll receive personalised attention and guidance from our expert coach. 

But that's not all - our small group training sessions are all about fostering a sense of community and empowerment. You'll be surrounded by like-minded women who are all working towards similar goals, and who will support and encourage each other every step of the way.

FAQ'S

Do I need to be in Perth?

Yes our studio is located in Northbridge

Can I book?

As part of your consultation we will book you in and this will be your time spot. Sessions can be rescheduled and cancelled with 24h notice

Is this a direct debit?

Yes the amount for your session will be direct debited on Thursdays.

Will I get enough attention?

100% we have newbies and more experienced lifters but there is enough time to help everyone thats why it is a max of 6 people

Can I just join in?

We will need to go through an initial screening and consult to ensure the program can be adjusted for you where needed, but yes we do offer casual drop ins too - just message!
