The Busy Girl Kickstart - Northbridge

You've started before. This is the one that sticks.

Four weeks of coached strength training for women who already know what they should do, but haven't been able to keep doing it. Written around your body, your health, and the week you actually have.

You know training is important. That was never the problem.

You've had a routine before. Maybe you ran, maybe you lifted, maybe you did Pilates, maybe you were the one dragging everyone else to class. Then something happened, a baby, a breakup, a diagnosis, a year of work that ate you alive and it slipped.

You've restarted since. Bought the membership, went twice, felt stupid about it, stopped. And every round of that makes the next one harder, because now you're not just fighting the schedule. You're fighting the part of you that's stopped believing you'll follow through.

You do not have a discipline problem, you need structure and accountability.

"Strength training is the longest I've ever stuck to one thing consistently, and I truly think it will be with me for life now. Best investment I've ever made in myself."
Asha, four-year BGC member

What you get

Everything in your first four weeks.

  • A 30-minute 1:1 Call before your first class

Movement screen, your health history, your goals, and your starting numbers. Just you and a coach.

  • A four-week action plan written for you

Habits to work on, and strategies to optimise the lifestyle factors that actually move the needle — sleep, stress, recovery.

  • 12 small group sessions

Three a week, coached, capped at eight women. Monday to Friday.

  • Three coach check-ins

Days 3, 10 and 21. Training and the mental side, because week two is where most women quietly stop.

  • A week-four retest

The same tests you did on day one, side by side. Proof, in numbers you set yourself.

  • The Kickstart Club

The group chat, the community, and one pause week if life gets in the way.

Your plan is built around what your body is actually dealing with: PCOS, endo, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, a thyroid that isn't playing along. That conversation happens in your 1:1, before you lift anything.

Real Talk: What our members are saying

Week two is where you've stopped before.

Week one is easy.

You're motivated, it's new, you feel good about yourself.

Week two is the one where a kid gets sick, a shift runs over, the DOMS hit, and skipping one session feels completely reasonable. It is completely reasonable. It's also where almost everyone quietly stops, and never comes back.

  • Day 0

Your Starting Point. Book your 30 minute- one-on-one. We screen how you move, talk through your health history properly, and record your baseline numbers.

  • Day 1-2

Your plan lands. Written for your body, your schedule and your three class times.

  • Day 3

First check-in. How did the body feel? What felt awkward? We adjust before it becomes a reason to stop.

  • Day 10

Second check-in. What's clicked, and what you're quietly avoiding. This is where technique starts to feel like yours. Right in the middle of week two, on purpose

Miss a session and you'll hear from us! not a guilt trip, just a check in

    One pause week built in:
Because life does this, and it shouldn't cost you the block

Once to twice a week still works:
We'd rather you come twice for four weeks than three times for one.

-> Motivation isn't what gets you to week four. Someone noticing you didn't turn up is.

  • Day 21

Progress sit-down. Where you've come, what's next, and an honest conversation about what training looks like after this.

  • Day 28

Retest. The same tests as day one. You'll see the numbers move, and you'll know exactly what you did.

  • Sonia G.

V is completely understanding of the demands of your day-to-day — she factored in my new business, toddler, annoying dogs, husband's business schedule. I gently lost weight, became stronger and more flexible.

  • Katharina R.

She is honest about your progress while understanding that life is unpredictable. It basically feels like working out with one of your closest friends.

  • Danielle S.

I have spent years going to boring gyms, joining fitness classes where you feel left behind and confused — and then I met V.

  • Tayla L.

Training with V has totally changed my perspective on lifting weights, my relationship with food, and my overall health and fitness.

$349/ 4 weeks

Works out at $29 a session, including your 1:1 call, your written plan and your retest.

Pay now, pick your 1:1 time next

Why we ask for it upfront

Because the hardest part isn't the first payment. It's the forty small decisions after it: Every Sunday night, working out whether this week is worth it.

You've had memberships before that quietly became a line on your bank statement. This one has a start date, an end date, a coach who knows your name and your goal, and three check-ins already booked in.

You're not buying access to a room. You're buying someone whose job it is to notice.

And after the four weeks?

No lock-in, no auto-renewal, no surprises. You choose what fits your week, or you don't.

  • Once a week $52/wk
  • Twice a week $98/wk
  • Three times a week $138/wk

Stay on with us before your Kickstart ends and we'll hold your rate for 12 months, even when prices go up.

Just so we are clear

What this isn't.

  • No 1200 calorie meal plan
  • No weigh-ins, no measurements, no photos
  • No punishing yourself with cardio for what you ate
  • No 6am bootcamp screaming
  • No quick fix, and no pretending four weeks is one

Four weeks won't change your body dramatically, and anyone promising that is selling you something. What it will do is get you lifting properly, with a plan you understand and a room you're not scared of. That's the part that actually compounds.

DOES SMALL GROUP TRAINING SUIT ME?

FAQ: Trying something new can be scary, we get it! Here are some of the common questions the girls had before joining.

I've genuinely never lifted, or not in years. Am I too unfit for this?

Our members are 18 to 60-something, at every level, and the session is capped at eight. We also try and only ever start one new woman per session, so you're never lost in a crowd.

Every woman starts at the weight she can do today, which is exactly why the 1:1 comes first, so your plan starts where you actually are, not where a generic programme assumes you are.

I've paid for gyms before and stopped going. Why would this be different?

Because nothing here runs on you remembering to go. Your sessions are booked, your plan is written, and three check-ins are already scheduled: Day 3, day 10, day 21. If you don't turn up, you'll hear from us that day. Most gyms are happy to take your money and never notice. That's the difference you're actually paying for.

I have PCOS / endo / I'm perimenopausal / I'm postpartum.

So do a large share of our members. It's the norm here, not a complication. We'll go through it properly in your 1:1 and programme around it, including pelvic floor, energy and recovery.

I work shifts / I've got kids. Can I realistically do three a week? When do they run?

Life happens. Once or twice a week still gets you stronger, and you've got one pause week built in. We'd rather you come twice for four weeks than three times for one.

Our Session Timetable

Does it auto-renew?

Never. It ends at four weeks and nothing comes out of your account. If you want to keep going you tell us, not the other way round.

What if I get sick or go away mid-block?

You've got one pause week built in, no questions. Beyond that, talk to us.

I have ADHD and struggle with motivation and instructions, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely, motivation and exercising can definitely be a challenge with ADHD, but you're not alone!

Fun fact: there's usually at least one other girl with ADHD in every session at Busy Girl Club. We're called the Busy Girl Club for a reason, it's a home for busy minds.

Our coaching approach is pretty hands-on, which is perfect if you find it tough to follow instructions or remember what comes next in your workout.

Don't worry if you lose focus during class. I won't scream at you, we are not at school; instead, I'll help you by demonstrating the exercises again to ensure you can stay on track.

All the information and reps are clearly displayed on a whiteboard, so you can be constantly reminded of what you're supposed to be doing.

This way, you can concentrate on getting it done and feel supported every step of the way.

You've been meaning to for a while.

The first session is the hardest one you'll ever do here.
And as you know, it gets easier after that!
