I have never trained before, can I join?
Heck yes, no experience necessary!
Whether you're currently into walking or Pilates, we've got you covered. If you've tried other group classes and felt lost, you've come to the right place.
Our small group PT sessions are designed with a maximum of 8 women per class.
It's the perfect size, small enough for personalised 1:1 coaching, yet big enough to keep the energy, vibes, and motivation high.
Our coach will take the time to show you the exercises one-on-one and guide you through everything.
So, don't worry, we're here to support you every step of the way!
Beginner or Intermediate?
That's awesome if you've trained before!
Our programs are fully scalable to suit every level. If you're able to lift more and have solid technique, we'll add more weight for you.
We'll track your progress and ensure you're challenged in each session. When you break a personal record, we'll celebrate by updating our Personal Best Board in the gym.
Remember, it's always you vs. you! Don't worry about what others are lifting; you're running your own show. ๐

What is the catch?
Look, besides the potential downsides like needing a new wardrobe after dropping a dress size or growing a booty, the only other "disadvantage" is that boys aren't allowed, so you won't find your future husband at BGC. (On the plus side this means no creeps, no sweaty man, no insane grunting iykyk)

Will Strength Training make me bulky?

I have ADHD and struggle with motivation and instructions, will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely, motivation and exercising can definitely be a challenge with ADHD, but you're not alone!
Fun fact: there's usually at least one other girl with ADHD in every session at Busy Girl Club. We're called the Busy Girl Club for a reason, it's a home for busy minds.
Our coaching approach is pretty hands-on, which is perfect if you find it tough to follow instructions or remember what comes next in your workout.
Don't worry if you lose focus during class. I won't scream at you, we are not at school; instead, I'll help you by demonstrating the exercises again to ensure you can stay on track.
All the information and reps are clearly displayed on a whiteboard, so you can be constantly reminded of what you're supposed to be doing.
This way, you can concentrate on getting it done and feel supported every step of the way.
Do I need to be in Perth?
Yes, at the moment we only have one location and that is in Northbridge (the nice end haha)

Can I just join in?
Yes and no, the trial needs to be booked, we do not allow walk-ins, as we'll need to conduct an initial screening and consultation at no cost to you.
This helps us tailor the program to meet your needs and ensures that the community vibe remains supportive and positive for everyone.
We also offer casual drop-ins, so just send us a message whenever you're ready to try a session!
I am Pregnant, can I still join?
Yes, you can generally still join while pregnant, but it's important to first speak with your doctor to ensure it's safe based on your specific circumstances and previous activity level.
Our head coach, V, is fully qualified in pre and postnatal training, having completed the Functional Fitness for Pregnancy and Post-Partum Course by Brooke Turner.
After an initial consultation, she can tailor the programs to suit your needs during and after your pregnancy, making sure everything is safe and effective for you. The benefit of our Small Group Training is that it is fully customised to you and everyone can train in their own time.
